Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused stationery items in their original product packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Shibuya

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
